Return Policy

General Return Guidelines
- All returns must be approved in advance. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.  
- To qualify for a refund, submit your return request within 15 days of receiving the product, including your order ID and reason for return.  
- Refunds are not available after the return period expires.  
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.  
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your refund.  
- We do not accept returns for products purchased from sources other than Anatomy Fitness.  
- If you return an item, you are responsible for any assembly labor charges you opted for during purchase.  
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. These costs are based on actual freight carrier rates, which may exceed the flat rate shipping fee charged at purchase.  

Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and secured on a pallet if initially delivered that way.  
- Items must be in like-new condition.  
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for any related shipping and storage costs.  

Refund Processing
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, processing takes 3–5 business days.  
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24–48 hours after processing.  

Defective or Damaged Products  
- Report any product defects within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.  
- After 30 days, defects or issues will be handled according to the product warranty.  

Cancellations & Order Refusals
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse. The return and refund policy will apply.  
- If an order is canceled after processing but before shipment, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged.  
- If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all incurred shipping and handling costs for both directions.
